Freelance PROOFREADERS (Work At home)

We are looking for enthusiastic proofreaders who manage at least one of the following language combinations:

• DUTCH-FRENCH AND VICE-VERSA
• DUTCH--ENGLISH AND VICE VERSA
• DUTCH--SPANISH AND VICE VERSA
• DUTCH--ITALIAN AND VICE VERSA
• DUTCH--GERMAN AND VICE VERSA
• FRENCH-ENGLISH AND VICE VERSA

 In order to ensure the quality of the translations, it is necessary that each translation that has already been carried out by a native professional translator is again proofread on the basis of the source text and to check spelling, correct terminology and consistency

• Ideal job for final-year students studying for a masters (bachelor or master degrees) in languages or for independent translators who are starting up
• or for anyone who is an excellent bilingual: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian in combination with DUTCH

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Perfect bilingual in one of the above language combinations
2. Eye for detail and accurate work
3. Is familiar with the functionality "Track Changes" in Microsoft Word
4. Has own PC/Mac, and has high-speed Internet connection
5. Is available flexibly : during the day or evenings and/or weekends
